The recruitment process was successful: the job offer was accepted and you are looking forward to your first day of work at Qemetica. Before this happens, there are a few things you need to complete before starting work: you will receive a referral from us for a medical examination and documents to complete. Our recruiter will be in constant contact with you, and just before your first day of work, he will present you with a detailed agenda for your implementation in our company.
Welcome aboard, i.e. onboarding
We are perfectly aware that starting a new job means a lot of stress. We try to minimise it as much as possible through Induction day, i.e. a comprehensive introduction to our company.
We will tell you about the most important information from the life of Qemetica, and because safety is our priority, we will train you in the rules of safe movement around production plants and office spaces. In addition, you will meet your team, your supervisor and receive the tools necessary for work. In the following days, you will gradually become familiar with other issues that will allow you to move freely in the organisation.
On-site implementation
There is a Buddy waiting for you in your team, a dedicated person who will introduce you to your duties and will be a great support in the first weeks of work. So do not be afraid to ask and use this time as best as you can! After the first months, you will also have the opportunity to evaluate the implementation process and indicate what was most important to you from the point of view of a new team member.

Our company Qemetica Soda Polska permanently cooperates with secondary schools in Mątwy and Kruszwica, as well as with the Mechanical and Electrical School Complex in Inowrocław, sharing knowledge and supporting students in choosing their further career path. Qemetica Agricultural Solutions, together with the Rzeszów University of Technology, took patronage over the chemistry class at the School Complex in Nowa Sarzyna, equipping it with a modern chemical laboratory and providing a creative learning space for children and teenagers.
Academic environment
We are present at many universities in Poland. As part of Ciech Days – a series of educational and development meetings for students of the Rzeszów University of Technology – we promote the use of chemical sciences in the Agro business and support the development of competences necessary on the labour market. We provide lectures and training, as well as opportunities to visit plants and conduct research and experiments in our laboratories. We conduct similar activities for our companies in Kujawy, where we cooperate with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, the Bydgoszcz University of Technology, the Poznań University of Technology and the Łódź University of Technology.
