The Data Controller is the Qemetica company:
- with whose you have concluded or intend to conclude a contract or with whose you are in contact on any other matter relating to its business,
- with whose the entity you represent or which has designated you as a contact person has concluded or intends to conclude a contract or which is contacting you on any other matter relating to its business,
- wishing to make contact with you or the entity you represent or have been designated as a contact person.
Data Protection Officer

The Data Protection Officer can be contacted with regard to all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights in relation to data processing.
Data source
We have received personal data directly from you or from your employer or principal, who is our contractor, or from websites or publicly available sources such as CEIDG (Central Registration and Information on Business) or KRS (National Court Register) registers of entrepreneurs.
Scope of data (when data does not come directly from you)
Personal data in the form of name, surname, position, contact details and, in the case of proxies, personal data included in the content of the power of attorney (e.g., ID card number, PESEL) shall be processed for the purposes stated below.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Qemetica (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to establish and maintain a business relationship.
FOR NATURAL PERSONS BEING THE PARTY TO THE CONTRACT WITH QEMETICA
QEMETICA processes your personal data for purposes of:
- concluding and executing the contract,
- establishing and asserting potential claims relating to the non-performance or improper performance of the contract,
- keeping records of the contract,
- handling the accounting, financial and administrative aspects of the contract.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- the necessity for the conclusion and performance of the contract, including the exercise of rights and performance of the obligations of the parties to the contract,
- the legitimate interest of the controller, i.e. the establishment and assertion of possible claims relating to the non-performance or improper performance of the contract.
Qemetica shall process personal data until the fulfilment of Qemetica legitimate interests, in particular those related to the limitation period for potential claims that may arise from the contract.
Qemetica shall keep the data contained in tax or accounting records until the expiration of data storage obligations pursuant to special regulations.
FOR NATURAL PERSONS REPRESENTING AN ENTITY THAT HAS ENTERED INTO THE CONTRACT WITH QEMETICA
Qemetica processes your personal data for the purposes of:
- determining the persons authorized to represent the entity with which Qemetica concludes the contract and the scope of authorization,
- contacting you in connection with the performance of the contract,
- keeping records of the contract,
- administrative handling of the contract,
- establishing and asserting potential claims relating to the non-performance or improper performance of the contract.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Qemetica shall process data until the fulfilment of Qemetica legitimate interests, in particular those related to the limitation period for potential claims that may arise from the contract.
FOR NATURAL PERSONS NAMED IN THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED WITH QEMETICA AS CONTACT PERSONS
Qemetica processes your personal data for the purposes of:
- contacting you in current matters, including: executing contracts between Qemetica and your employer/entity you represent, presenting offers, answering questions, and providing other information about activities and possible forms of cooperation,
- keeping records of the contract,
- administrative handling of the contract,
- establishing and asserting potential claims relating to the non-performance or improper performance of the contract.
The legal basis for processing data is the legitimate interest of Qemetica - (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Qemetica shall process data until the fulfilment of Qemetica legitimate interests, in particular those related to the limitation period for potential claims that may arise from the contract.
CONTRACTORS/SUBCONTRACTORS/PROXIES/REPRESENTATIVES WHOSE DATA ARE PROCESSED IN THE CONTEXT OF A PURCHASING PROCEDURE
Qemetica processes your data for the purposes of:
- verifying submitted bids and applications to participate in the proceedings;
- contacting Qemetica with Bidders;
- verifying the Bidder's potential and experience;
- verifying Bidders in public registers;
- verifying the validity and scope of authority of the proxies;
- conducting internal audit processes in Qemetica;
- establishing or asserting civil law claims by the operating companies in the course of their business, as well as for the purpose of defending against such claims.
The legal basis for processing data is the legitimate interest of Controller - (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
The Controller shall keep the personal data contained in the documentation submitted in the purchasing procedure for the duration of the purchasing procedure and for a period of 10 years thereafter.
Data recipients
The Controller may transfer your personal data to entities processing data on behalf of the controller - with such entities processing personal data on the basis of a contract with the controller, within the framework of the purposes of processing listed above and only in accordance with the controller's instructions - and to companies belonging to the Qemetica Group. The legal basis for the transfer of personal data within the Qemetica is the legitimate interest of the controller, i.e. internal administrative purposes.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data and the right to request their rectification, deletion or restriction of their processing.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of a legitimate interest of the controller, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Your personal data will not be used for profiling, automated decision-making in relation to you or transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Information about the requirement to provide data in the case of persons who are party to the contract.
Provision of data in connection with the conclusion of the contract is necessary for its conclusion and performance. Without providing this data, it will not be possible to conclude a contract with Qemetica.
We would like to inform you that in the ‘Careers’ tab we enable you to submit an application for our ongoing recruitments, as well as to submit a so-called ‘spontaneous’ application, i.e. one that does not refer to a specific recruitment we are conducting. In order to submit such an application, your personal data are processed. You will be redirected to our partner's website. Social plug-ins
Our Service uses social network plug-ins Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, X platform formerly Twitter.
Social media plug-ins are interactive elements on the Website, allowing content from the Website to be shared on social media and allowing the User visiting the Website to be directly redirected to the company's social profiles.
The plug-in is located on our Website and is initially not active.
Upon calling up the social network, a new window will open with an invitation to log in. In this case, a cookie will be stored on the User's computer.
If the User does not click this button or is not logged in to the social network, the cookie will not be saved on their computer.

Information on the cookies used
